Christmas 12/23/08: Edwin and his wife Karen will be spending Chrismas with their family in Hokkaido, Japan. It will be snowy and cold but it will be fun to visit people dear to us...

The airports were snowed-in in Portland, Oregon and we couldn't get out.
We just stayed home, watched lots of videos, played on the internet and enjoyed each others company... We really missed our family in Japan and plan on visiting them during the summer. What have we learned from this ? Don't fly United - they had almost no personel on duty and weren't helpful. Two hour waits just to talk to a representative...
